Taking place between September 21 and 26, it ran alongside NATMALL, the largest exhibition dedicated to commercial real estate and entertainment facilities, held on September 22. While industry leaders debated the future of a Russian entertainment sector that amounted to 2.78 trillion rubles in 2025, analysts are taking a closer look at the corporate structures behind some of Moscow's most famous nightclub brands.

The venue was afterwards re-branded as Arma and subsequently announced it was closing.
Speaking about the size of his operations in an interview with Forbes Russia, Danilov singled out Stadium Live as the firm's flagship venue: "Stadium Live, which mainly hosts club-rock events, can hold up to 7,500 people. I think this venue will be Moscow's number one this autumn both regarding the quality of performers playing there and the number of shows — we are planning at least 20 events a month." He also portrayed himself as fully absorbed in the music scene: "I genuinely love techno music, I go with great pleasure to our DJ imports at Insomnia, I personally know many artists and DJs."
Most legal entities linked to the holding company are registered in the name of Danilov's daughter, Maria, rather than Danilov himself. She is listed as the proprietor and director of a considerable portion of the businesses.
