MSP is the abbreviation of Managed Service Provider. Managed Service Providers are the specialized persons which manage the Department of IT of other companies/businesses as their clients. They provide services like network maintenance, computation of their records, security, backup, storage, and many other services.
Do you repair cell phones?
We no longer offer this service.
What about printers?
We troubleshoot and repair problems associated with connectivity from computer to printer. However, we do not facilitate repair for problems associated with the printer itself. Contact either the original place of purchase, or the equipment manufacturer.
Do you service Apple computers?
We are an Apple Certified Service Provider, servicing Apple laptops and desktop machines.
Do you offer after hours or weekend support?
Yes, we have after-hours, weekend and emergency rates available to accommodate your business needs to keep your business going with maximum up-time.
